These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, educational materials, digital products, coaching services, workshops, courses, downloads, and other services provided by Relational Coaching Partners (“RCP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, downloading materials, purchasing a product or service, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational and Coaching Services

Relational Coaching Partners provides coaching, education, information, tools, resources, and skill-building related to relationships, communication, personal development, and relational patterns.

Our coaching programs, courses, workshops, downloads, videos, emails, and other materials are intended for educational and informational purposes.

2. Coaching Is Not Psychotherapy

Services and materials provided through Relational Coaching Partners are not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or medical care.

Participation in a Relational Coaching Partners program does not establish a therapist-client, counselor-client, physician-patient, or other healthcare-provider relationship.

Some individuals providing coaching or educational services through Relational Coaching Partners may separately hold professional mental health licenses. Their professional education, training, or licensure does not transform coaching or educational services provided through Relational Coaching Partners into psychotherapy or other licensed mental health treatment.

When acting as a coach or educator through Relational Coaching Partners, the provider is acting in that capacity and not as the participant's psychotherapist or mental health provider.

Coaching should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health treatment when such treatment is appropriate.

3. No Emergency or Crisis Services

Relational Coaching Partners does not provide emergency, crisis, or urgent mental health services.

Our website, programs, email accounts, social media accounts, messaging services, and coaching services should not be used to obtain emergency assistance.

If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, contact appropriate emergency or crisis services in your location.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Relationships and individual circumstances vary considerably. We cannot and do not guarantee that participation in our programs, implementation of our recommendations, or use of our materials will produce a particular relationship, personal, financial, or other outcome.

Testimonials, examples, case illustrations, and descriptions of results are provided for illustrative purposes and do not guarantee that another participant will experience the same results.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships, and outcomes.

5. Relationship Decisions

Information provided by Relational Coaching Partners is intended to help participants understand relationship patterns, develop skills, consider options, and make informed decisions.

We do not make relationship decisions for participants and cannot determine whether any particular individual should remain in, leave, reconcile, separate from, or otherwise change a relationship.

Participants remain responsible for determining what is appropriate for their individual circumstances.

6. Safety and Abuse

General relationship education and coaching may not be appropriate for relationships involving abuse, coercive control, threats, stalking, violence, or circumstances in which discussing or implementing relationship strategies could increase risk.

Relational Coaching Partners materials are not intended to replace individualized safety planning, legal advice, domestic violence services, or professional mental health care.

7. Digital Products and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content provided through Relational Coaching Partners—including videos, worksheets, workbooks, courses, frameworks, exercises, graphics, written materials, downloads, recordings, and other educational resources—is owned by or licensed to Relational Coaching Partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchases and downloads provide you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, publish, teach, upload, share, or create derivative commercial products from our materials without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website, programs, communities, or services to violate applicable law; infringe another person's rights; distribute malicious or harmful material; interfere with the operation of our services; impersonate another person; or harass, threaten, or abuse another participant or representative of Relational Coaching Partners.

We may restrict or terminate access to services when reasonably necessary to protect our programs, participants, intellectual property, or business operations.

9. Purchases and Payment

Prices, payment terms, and the specific services included in a purchase will be displayed at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a product or service, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amount displayed at checkout.

If a payment plan is offered, you remain responsible for all payments associated with the plan unless the applicable purchase terms expressly provide otherwise.

10. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy displayed on the applicable sales or checkout page at the time of purchase.

Where a specific product or service includes a money-back guarantee or other refund policy, the terms stated for that offer will apply.

Except where otherwise stated or required by law, digital products that have been delivered or accessed may be non-refundable.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website and programs may use or link to third-party platforms and services, including payment processors, email providers, scheduling platforms, analytics services, advertising platforms, video hosting services, and social media platforms.

Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Relational Coaching Partners is not responsible for the independent practices, availability, security, or content of third-party services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, our website, materials, programs, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranties that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free or that particular results will occur from their use.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relational Coaching Partners and its owners, employees, contractors, coaches, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website, materials, programs, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any additional dispute-resolution terms presented at the time of purchase.
